Theater without Drama.

 Since January collaborators of NASTROTEC are discovering a novelty, day by day.

Spontaneus theater is a company initiative to help the communication and the agility of the participants, working oral gesture and corporal expressions. Meetings held fortnightly are open to all who wants to participate. Who experimented , does not want to stop. BIRA,who participated to all the NASTROTEC activities, confesses that acting in front of collegues may frighten the more timid,but in reality it is a great exercise and a moment of pleasure . Everybody is coming out renovated . It is a very right way to breake the routine,he said.

To help on the stage,Valéria Barcellos.,psycologist specialized in psychodrama,( área were the spontaneous theatre is located )orientates groups,always with sense of  humor and professionalism.

For her the performance experience overpasses the class and breakes barriers even in the personal life.

We need to expose daily and it’is important to have  self-confidance to be understood,even vhen we are braked by nerves . The inhibition is disappearing and the integration enter the stage.

Groups already proved these meetings with loud laughter,which let one thinks..
