Nastrotec is developing a work with employees for “ personal and professional growth “,aiming not only to the quality improvement of all the production process, but also to the improvement of the employee as a person , as human being.
Periodical meetings are carried out with the participation of the management and the company psichologist together with all employees with leadership function. We are offering a library with books donated by the management and others volunteers , to the disposal of all employees, who are also estimulated to a contínuos education . We believe that apprenticeship must be constant in a person life.
